Sometimes shaped by vegetables slowly cooked over embers, sometimes by the season’s finest produce, and at times by the quiet elegance of wild Aegean herbs. Each plate carries a sense of place — simple in form, layered in depth.

A private jetty, clear water, and an unhurried atmosphere. Days move between sunbeds, swims, and light meals served from morning through sunset. Cocktails, cold drinks, and the sound of the sea carry the experience into the evening.
